Deku intended to give One for All permanently, but Kacchan passed out before he fully received the power, so the transfer was failed.
Kinda like, downloading a video but the internet got disconnect after only 90%.

Man... This is so wonderful, it puts me to tears specially that part where Deku transfers One For All to Bakugo... This two actually worked together now in synq it makes me cry. The character development and the bonds being developed is so heartwarming.
